Mardi Gras from an RV — best decision we ever made. Shuttle to the Quarter was perfect. Jazz Fest was incredible.
Cons
Noisy during Mardi Gras (obviously). If you want quiet, don't come during the festival.
Pros
Great base for exploring the city. Pool was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons
Area around the park isn't the prettiest but the park itself is well-maintained.
